Hey Everyone,
Here's the issue we're experiencing, we have a system servicing a bunch of analog lines with call waiting turned off. Inbound calling is through a SIP gateway. When Fusion sends a 486 (User Busy) it is also sending a q850 of 16 (Normal Clearing) instead of 17 (User Busy). What this is causing is some inbound calls are reattempting the call 12-15 times and is not playing the busy tone to the caller so callers are getting confused.
Attempted the following parameters to attempt to correct the issue:
