Not sure this is the right place to ask, sorry if not.

After few months of working with FusionPBX + FreeSWITCH, we achieved a lot, we have several production customers of various sizes, yet we feel lack of knowledge in regard to capabilities, mainly around the dialplan. Our trial and error consumes time and not always results in optimal solutions, we think. We haven't found enough documentation to answer all our doubts.

Are there experts with experience in guidance that can offers lectures via remote conference (for the appropriate fee of course)?
We're thinking about few sessions of few hours each, 2 attendants with good technical background.
If one plans to visit *Israel* in the near future, this can be one full day face-to-face.

Thanks

We're in the same boat.

We have a testing environment set up with two small customers who have agreed to be guinea pigs. However we still have large knowledge gaps and free documentation is somewhat sparse at times.

We are planning on becoming members (as we should to support the project) as per this page: https://www.fusionpbx.com/members

That seems like it might be the best bet. This forum is also invaluable.

FusionPBX has training available that supports the project.
https://www.fusionpbx.com/training

Also to make the project sustainable we started a FusionPBX membership.
https://www.fusionpbx.com/members

Members get to get the recordings for previous training and monthly continuing education.
Also get access to additional member documentation. Use the links to get more information.

If you want personal or onsite training this has also been for some companies that pay for it.
Sign up with a free account and submit a ticket with your request.

Registered as member.
Videos in the member section appear well (didn't watch them yet).
"Member documentation" and "Continuing Education Docs" lead to access denied when selecting a doc.

What about releasing documentation and the recorded videos on another tier?
I'm sure there are some people who can't make continuing education for one reason or another, and would happily pay for just the content!
