I've installed the lovely app referenced in this post: https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/working-sms-integration.2675/
Having some difficulty in receiving SMS messages. I have not tried outbound yet.

When tailing the /var/log/nginx/error.log I see the following:

2021/04/08 14:14:11 [error] 493#493: *3459857 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: ACCESS DENIED [SMS]: 192.81.xxx.xxx" while reading response header from upstream, client: 192.xxx.xxx 6.250, server: fusionpbx, request: "POST /app/sms/hook/sms_hook_thinq.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php/php7.1-fpm.sock:", host: "mypbxdomain.tld", referrer: "https://mypbxdomain.tld/app/sms/hook/sms_hook_thinq.php"

I've changed the pbx domain and IP's listed for some obscurity. Is this enough of a ringer to start diagnosing?

Oh my... that was easy. I must have missed the sending IP in the Access Control. Perhaps it is listed in a different area in thinQ....

I read my own post and fixed it! :D

Can't help much more with ThinQ since I don't have it, but was typing that answer when you replied to yourself.

I've noticed several carriers don't specify where messages will come from. Most of the time you can just find the IP of the host name you send to, but found at least one carrier that sends messages from multiple IP's but aren't listed anywhere.

Well, I reached out to thinQ tech support and they got back to me in about 90 seconds. They are great! Looks like there is only one sending IP for SMS, which makes life easy: 192.81.236.250
