Gateway timeout error

I have two servers setup on AWS that have been running for a while now. All of a sudden today I'm getting constant "504 gateway timeout" errors on both servers. I am running an older version of FusionPBX 4.5.13

I have checked all the basics (CPU, memory, logs, etc). Rebooted both servers and am still seeing the error even right after a reboot. Calls and free switch seem to be running fine.
I am seeing this error in the fpm logs:
[30-Sep-2021 22:15:01] WARNING: [pool www] server reached pm.max_children setting (5), consider raising it
[30-Sep-2021 21:21:02] WARNING: [pool www] seems busy (you may need to increase pm.start_servers, or pm.min/max_spare_servers), spawning 32 children, there are 0 idle, and 8 total children

But I'm not sure what would be causing that.

Any suggestions of what else to look for?
