I've set up a jasper reports server and intend to build some custom reporting to be emailed to customers. I have successfully built several queries, and am parsing the JSON in the CDR for even more accuracy and detail (for cases where I need to filter/calculate on things where the data on the CDR row isn't sufficient).
After having one customer on the system for about a month, and re-running various reports, I was surprised at some of oddities that have crept up. (e.g.: a variation between '*99199' and 'voicemail 199' as the destination_number).
Overall, I'm curious if there has ever been written (members area or otherwise) any type of overall guide or list of nuances to querying the CDR table.
I'd be keen to see some sort of query sharing methodology too - probably as a member feature.
