Help! Import contact csv

I have a little problem when importing csv.

I'm trying to import a csv from google

I deduced the information for FusionPBX (maybe incorrectly)

Because when I do an import, I have no information... does anyone have an idea?

Hi all,

Good news, I can do the import without problems!

But I don't have any contact coming back to my Yealink.

After testing several solutions, I realized that if the type (voice) is not checked, it does not go to the directory.

By checking, it appears in the directory.

What solution can I implement during import so that voice is checked?

I just tried adding:
phone_type_voice numeric 1
in Default Settings / Contact
It does not work.

I'm lost !
