Help with app SMS and using Signalwire as a carrier

So I see that Signalwire is not a carrier listed in the SMS app.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to what is required to get it added and working?

Guess I should have mentioned that I am on FusionPBX 4.4.3 and FS version 1.8.5
