How to add new sounds to Freeswitch?

I have seen the docs but it's not really explanatory.

I don't know why but I have sounds directory on my instance completely empty. (Not even "callie" is there.) I would like to add sound prompts to Freeswitch for another language for which official sounds are not available. Is there a guide to do this? I mean by even recording each prompt individually if necessary.

Hi,

you can add your sound prompts in /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/us/callie/*. I made prompts in my language and just copied them over exsisting ones. It works for me.
