How to resolve Nginx vulnerabilities

Hi,

Our Fusion PBX is version 4.4.6. We ran a VAPT test and found vulnerabilities for nginx as below.

Can anyone advise if i upgrade to version 1.17.7, will there be any impact to Fusion PBX ?

Is there other ways to resolve this vulnerabilities without upgrading the nginx ?
