Importing extenions on 4.5.10

I don't see anyone mentioning the import extension option. I guess its a relatively new feature as everyone talks about third party apps. The docs.fusionpbx.com doesn't talk about it, only export?

I can NOT get even a simple csv to import. I started with a quite complex one and dumbed it down to this

extension,effective_caller_id_name,directory_first_name,directory_last_name
"400","Tim","Tim","Tim"

And it still wont import.

What am I doing wrong?

I realised after revisiting it that there are actually two options on the same page.

1. copy and paste csv into import box, that actually worked.

2. Import the file. I cant not get this to work but I guess with my small amount of users copy and paste is fine, infact I wonder if there is any need to worry about the import file not working.
