Hello I'm having problems from inbound when the user is outside of corporate network.
Server is residing in AWS with Elastic IP (NAT hard coded Public IP on External & Internal Sip Profile).
AWS Security groups allows any IP for SIP 5060-5061 & 5080-5081 and RTP ports TCP/UDP.
Firewall is opened to above ports as well.
ACL is configured correctly allowing only carrier IP for domains.
SIP Trunks using external profile.
Outbound
Extension(residential) to Extension(corporate) is working fine
Extension(residential) to DID working
Inbound
DID Inbound routed to the extension(residential) muted until announcement of voicemail.
Extension(corporate) to Extension (residential) muted until announcement of voicemail.
Corporate network all is working as expected.
Can you please point me where to start looking.
Your inputs are much appreciated.
