Incoming calls not working

Hi All,
I'm having an issue with incoming calls not working into my FusionPBX.
The IP address is added in the Access control

Inbound routes setup

I can see the call hitting the PBX in the pcap.

It would appear you have some NAT/Firewall issue there. Either that or the source IP is banned in fail2ban.

As you can see, the INVITE is being received but there is no reply being sent out.

When you added the IP to the ACL, did you reload ACLs?

Check the freeswitch log, or watch from the console to see if the call is even hitting freeswitch.

Sorry I should have sent the entire trace.
Yes I reload the ACL after adding the IP address.

@ Citrus I will get the information, However let me give you more details.
I'm using a Grandstream GXW4108, I have 4 dial tones connected to the GXW4108 Fusion PBX is in the cloud. I can make calls over the analog linnes without any issue it is just incoming calls.

Hi Guys,
Here is an update I figure out what my issue is. IF the trunk is configured for UDP Outgoing calls works but incoming call don't. If it is configured for TCP I can received calls but can't make calls. The IP phones are configured to use UDP, when I configure the IP phones to use TCP i can make and receive calls but the registration of the IP phones are not consistence it keep dropping registration. I prefer the IP Phones and the trunk to use UDP.
