Installed new FusionPBX installation, getting 403 forbidden on web gui

Installed new installation and getting a 403 forbidden on web gui. Any advise, or recommendations from the community?
 
403 forbidden straight away to me implies that this is something other than a standard fusionpbx installation with Debian. With such little information, this could be anything so don't expect many replies.
 
I had this problem. This message occurs if you don't reboot after installing FusionPBX (on Centos at least)
