I am starting working with FreeSwitch and FusionPBX and I have this little problem and looking for help.
I managed to configure FusionPBX to use dialplan intercept-ext, almost everything is working, A is calling to B, later C intercept the call and both sides (A and C) can talk. There is problem with UPDATE message, which comes after establishing call.
The UPDATE sets P-Asserted-Identity: to extension name and not to Effective Caller ID Number (from extension). Like this:
P-Asserted-Identity: "user name" <sip:extension_name_alphanumeric_hash@IP_ADDRESS>
When I call normally from A to B the update is correct with P-Asserted-Identity set to Effective Caller ID Number. Like this:
P-Asserted-Identity: "user name" <sip:123456789@IP_ADDRESS>
How can I configure correct UPDATE? Any ideas?
