Intermittent Call Jitter

Hi,

We have a customer running the latest version of FusionPBX as a virtual machine on Server 2016 Hyper-V. Intermittently they report the caller is breaking up throughout the call, but they sound fine to the caller. If you listen back to the call recording afterwards both ends sound fine. They have a couple of phones outside of the office where the Fusion server is located and they don't report any issues. I'm guessing it must be something on the internal network but I am unsure what it could be. I've been running pings to the Fusion server and to a few of the phones from a PC on the internal network, and there is never more than a 1ms response. I have noticed VMQ is enabled on the Fusion virtual machine, could that have anything to do with it?
