Hello
I'm trying to make a call to the UK from Canada I believe I have everything setup correctly in Voip.ms - at least according to a video I watch (made by VoIP.ms). I can call locally using my Microsip soft phone. When I call 011443332022222 I get a "Service Unavailable".

I have added this as a destination number in my outbound route ^0113\d{8,17}$|^0114\d{8,17}$ and assigned it an order number of 9. The next destination number is ^\+?1?([2-9]\d{2}[2-9]\d{2}\d{4}|(?<![\+?1])(?:011\d{9,17}|211|310|311|411|511|611|911|988))$ and has an order number of 10 and works for local and North American dialed numbers.

What do I need to correct in-order to be able to make calls to the UK?

Also, is there a UK test number that I can call that will ring but not be answered?

Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.

Have you tried building an outbound route using the selectable option of "International"?

Also, did you enable international calling on Voip.ms per their instructions?

Thanks for the response. I have set up VoIP.ms as you have suggested. My FusionPBX page looks different than your. Did you change something in Menue Manager to get that look? This is what my outbound route page looks like:

I am using FusionPBX 5.5. Your screen shot looks like you are manually editing in the dialplan manager instead of creating with the outbound routes screen. I also set up separate outbound routes for 911, other 3-digit service codes, local 7-digit, toll 10/11 digit, toll-free, and international. It makes it much easier when you have different providers and need to route the call to a specific provider.

Perhaps you are running an old version of FusionPBX?
