SOLVED IVR menu items ignored.

I tried setting the SIP profile to use inband to match my providers dtmf settings. no change. my provider then changed dtmf to rfc2833 and the problem was resolved.
Can you please edit your initial poste to make it [SOLVED] like blackpaw did, its a good idea I think.

I have the same issue with outgoing calls , it seems to be that the provider only atuhorize INBAND for dtmf, when I set iin the UI the sexternal Sip Profile to dtmf and reload , it still show me thet the dtmf is in rfc2833. can you please tell me how ot force the fusionpbx to set the dtmf to inband
my second question: to set the dtmf do I have to set the external sip profile or the setting of the gateway ?

in fs_cli the external sip profile is diaplan : sofia profile external rescan, it diaplays

the main issue if when I make an external call to an ivr it doen't detect at all the pressed dtmf touch
I tried to switch to inband in settings /Sip Profiles external and reload
Even in the ui and in fscli it dsplays dtmf-mode: inband , i tried to make a call and same issue it doesn't understand the pressed touch
can someone help me
