I mean, most of the CSS is in Default Settings, under 'Theme'. If it's not there, you might have to do a custom bit of css work on the template in the fusionpbx directory.

Is that what you mean? Or are we talking more like Arabic?

Yes, I'm talking about Arabic.
What is the best way to do it and how?

I've just had a look at the only provided Arabic (ar-eg) dialect, and it does seem to be half complete in many areas. Quite a lot of items are untranslated.

Also, I don't believe most of the project is stylistically designed to flip between LTR and RTL languages. Considering FusionPBX uses it's own framework (so-to-speak) this might be a large job that would require someone intimate with Arabic or even another RTL language doing most of the work.

The project might also need an Arabic speaker to send some pull requests for all the app_languages.php files without ar-eg translations in them too.
