I have freshly installed Fusionpbx on cloud server. it went on well. once I login to change the password,
the server will go off. no access through gui nor root. When I check the sever at the cloud control panel , it on but can't login until restart
Please help. thank you

Hi - More details please

Where are you hosting this? What server OS are you building? If server is going down after you login i would suggest a different host.

Installed hundreds of Fusion instances in the cloud and never come accross this.

Can you run a ping while you login? Is the server crashing itself.

I myself wondering why .I have my pbx being hosted on the same cloud platform.
The difference is my is on virtual machine VPS ant the one t5hat goes off is on Cloud Server M
Vps is running alright.

I'm able to a access the console through KVM but not xshell and gui
any help will be appreciate.

Can you ping / Tracrt the server from you VM? If you cant see it over the network then you need to talk to your providor about the network settings,
