mailbox issue

We have a recent deployment that seems to be having issue with all mailbox options. at the "record your anything" where it says to press any key to finish, by pressing any key has no effect to indicate the recording has been finished.

any suggestions, as we have recently updated the version of fusion, it work for a couple of days, but has stopped again.

any help would be appreciated.

Are you using *97 or *98 to access the option? It has been reported that *97 works fine but *98 doesn't.
