message and voice mail notifications

Hi,

I'm new to Freeswitch and Fusionpbx and I need help with configuring 2 things on Fusionpbx:
1- If someone whom we are leaving a voicemail for is offline, he/she won't receive a notification after getting online.
2- messages sent are not saved in Freeswich/Fusionpbx. So if someone sends me a text message, I won't get it after becoming online.

I need all users to receive notification and voicemail/message after getting online.

There is no provision for this in FusionPBX, there is no concept of online and offline
