Apologies for asking as I'm sure its something simple I'm overlooking, Our Cloud hosted PBX went down last week as a result as the hosted server having some connection issues.
We then got a request come in yesterday to resend one of our clients log in details over as they didn't store their user details, this is when I noticed we're unable to view any of the created users.
Now I can see all users created are still there but just not visible, we have checked all the menu manager settings as I know this is 99% of the time a permissions issue and we are logging in as the super user. We've tried reloading flushing cache disabling and enabled the view options but just can't seem to get the user accounts to be viewable and editable any more?
Any insight welcome.
Thanks
