Multilple registrations

My configuration is:

multiple-registrations

true

True

and

max-registrations-per-extension

1

True

sip internal restart

so I expect only one registration for extension and the second reached with 403 Forbidden. During my tests i can register two or more devices. The same configuration on a box only FreeSWITCH without FusionPBX works like a charm.

Any hint?
