Music on hold NOT WORKING when Call transferred from external number

So, Here's my question

I setup for a company a Direct DID pointed to a ring group with a custom company greeting while call is transferred when i call this direct DID number works great and custom music on hold file works great, I pointed from another ivr (From a different customer) when i press 2 number gets forwarded to my did but when forwarded call rings instead of playing the custom music on hold.
Call is basically bridged over from another PBX when it's bridged it doesnt play the music on hold it just rings, I would like to change that it should always my custom music on hold file
