Hi,
I would like to use my WAV file for the Music on Hold.
I uploaded my WAV file for Music on Hold by Applications -> Music On Hold. I created a New Category (chankmMOH) and uploaded my WAV file.
Under Extensions, I configured my extension to use the music on hold New Category, chankmMOH.
I did the below test call.
a. Call to external number
b. Put the call on hold
c. Heard the Default Music On Hold
My WAV file for MOH was not played. I checked the fusion log file and found this :
[WARNING] mod_local_stream.c:834 Unknown source mirchandanipartner.npcomz.asia/chankmMOH, trying 'default'
2020-06-28 09:57:12.195752 [DEBUG] mod_local_stream.c:871 Opening Stream [default/8000] 8000hz
and also under /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/music, chankmMOH exists with the uploaded WAV file
The issue is the default music file is played instead of my uploaded WAV file.
Can anyone advise how the issue can be resolved ?
