i have installed the latest release 4.4.5 and i installed nibblebill module .
after configuring it successfully, i add inbound rule with <action application="set" data="nibble_account=$${nibble_account}"/> but for some reason, nibble_account can't be populated with the value. when i hard codded the value, the nibble module works fine. i have worked before on release 4.4.3 and there is no issue with nibble_account=$${nibble_account}", but on 4.4.5 , value can't be auto populated.
