No audio on any phones

I have a new FusionPBX install (5.4.7) running on OVHcloud. I can register my phones (Grandstream GRP2612, Yealink T42G, Zoiper) without issue. But I cannot get audio to work on the phones. The phones are behind an Untangle firewall. I have been able to get these to work in the past but not on this particular installation. I have check and adjusted the settings on the firewall (SIP helper...). When I look at the logs, I can see the following:

o=1004 8000 8000 IN IP4 10.1.96.61

The phone is using its internal IP address which I know won't work. I would be grateful for any suggestions.
