No audio on ring groups on one DID

I have two DIDs, two ring groups, and two phone extensions in a test system.

I can connect the first DID to any extension or ring group and calls always work as expected.

On the second DID, calls do not get audio on either ring group but work as expected when connected directly to an extension or to an IVR.

A packet trace is showing that audio is coming in from my trunk provider and audio is coming from my phone to the switch, however audio never goes past the switch.

Aside from the number, both DIDs are configured identically and are coming in from the same gateway.

Any ideas on this one?

This was a firewall rule issue. Freeswitch seemed to prefer the higher numbered ports in that configuration for some reason.
