C codemonkey76 New Member May 14, 2020 22 1 3 48 Jan 13, 2021 #1 I added a call center gave it extension 1000, added an agent to the queue, made sure the status was set to available, and then set an inbound route to go to the call center extension... I just get no respone and immediate hang up, what am I missing?

Otherwise I might be able to help narrow it down with a CDR example, or some logs would be even better.
