One Way Audio On Wan

hi my fusionpbx works perfect on lan with 2 way audio but when i connect from my 4G smartphone i can only hear the phone that connected to my server on the local network
no inbound voice from 4G
i have dlink 225 router
i disabled the SIP ALG and open port - tcp/udp on my router.

• 5060-5090
• 16384-32768
• 80,443,22

what i should do to allow voice from outside the LAN?

Do you have the Internal and External IPs set correctly?
