Got tired of only bigger companies having these capabilities so my team built this, and we're going to be releasing it as open source. Its going to come in both web and windows desktop app for now. It features:
Presence (blf, via freeswitch)
Call pop (via freeswitch)
Click2dial (via FusionPBX)
IM/Video/Audio chat
Internal/External contacts
CDRs (via FusionPBX)
Files (kinda like nextcloud)
Fax (via FusionPBX)

This isn't meant to replace FusionPBX by any means, but be more of a companion app that adds functionality without putting weight on your PBX. Something you can offer your clients as your own hosted solution.
Right now we're about 75% done with it, making minor changes and upgrades as we use it internally. We're hoping to release it to the unwashed masses sometime in the beginning of March.
