Operator Panel User Label

Where OP get the label of showed extensions?
Now I can see extensions numbers but I would prefer to set a sort of extension+name on OP buttons

It pulls it from "Effective Caller ID Name" in Extension info.
We noticed if the Name starts with a number, that is all it shows, but if it is listed as "Mary 101" it will show both in Operator Panel.
