Dear FusionPBX Team,
We have enabled call recordings for one domain and set “record” to “all” in the extensions’ configuration. However, we are not seeing recordings for outbound calls or extension-to-extension calls in the CDR.
I have also checked the recordings directory, and no files are being created for outbound or local calls. Only inbound call recordings are present.
We are running FusionPBX version 5.1, Debian 11.
Other domains are working normally, facing issue in only one domain after enabling call recordings for all extensions.
Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and how we can ensure recordings are created for all call types?
