Outbound calls from fusionpbx is not attempting

I am using fusionpbx with flowroute my sip provider. I am facing the issue in outbound calls, when i tried to dial anumber it plays a prompt "the number you have dial is not configured correctly and can not receive calls". Kindly help me in this regard.
 
Have you ensured your extension you are dialling from has a valid outbound telephone number?
