Outbound Roules Digits - Regex

Hi, is it possible to add an unique outbound rules for all number like from 3 digits to 10 digits to use a Gateway?

Like this one is for 5 digits number
^(\d{5})$

Is possible to add something like:
^(\d{3-10})$
To make it work? (this one I tryed without success)

You are almost there, the correct syntax would be:
^(\d{3,10})$
