outgoing call ID

Question. I have one instance of Fusion and it had Outgoing call id and effective call id. This one instance though has it missing, therefore i cant setup outgoing call id. Any tips would be awesome! thanks!

I reset them in group manager back to default, still no change.

UPDATE: I created a new user and went back into the new user and they are there. Weird Thank you!
 
If your login's group permissions have the highlighted entries check, it should show up on extension edit screen. If they are checked and you don't see it, log out then back in.
