H everyone .. Im having an issue with my pin numbers on fusionpbx so i have set it up and the part where you have to dial the pin allocated to you works but now when the receptionist tranfsers a call to a user inside if the user at the extension tranfered to does not pick up it asks the caller on hold for pin so it goes like ( please enter your password followed by pound) but the caller doesnt have a passowrd. how do i solve that issue.
