I am looking to set something up where an emergency message could be played back using paging upon a lone worker pressing a button on their phone.
I was hoping to setup a dial plan where if *9995 for eg was dialled then a predefined extension would page a recording out indicating they would like help, a call would also be suitable rather than page.
I'm sure this is possible with the freeswitch platform just not sure how to do it.
I've tried using playback in the dial plan but message plays to originating phone and not to the conference.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
