Postgresql keeps stopping.

Our postgresql service keeps "exiting" or stopping. We have only been able to restart by rebooting the PBX server. We postgresql stops the web page dies, but the PBX keeps processing calls. I understant that th eFusionPBX front end utilizes the postgresql databasse and the core pbx usees a mysql database. So the core keeps running. Problem is I can't reboot machine during business hours. Any idea how to bring the postgresaql service/database back up wihtout a compelte reboot? I tried service postgresql restart and it just hung up.

You could start by checking the postgres logs.

If postgres is not restarting, again, the logs should tell you the problem.
