problem registering new number

I have registered a new number but can not receive calls. follows the tcpdump and configuration:

You have done something to alter the default behaviour, there is no way port 5080 should be asking for authentication, you must have changed settings, probably in the external profile.

Advanced > Access Controls > Domains > "+"

Type = allow
CIDR = 85.119.188.3/32

SAVE

Status > SIP Status > Reload ACL
