I personally have had many questions / problems to solve to make my phones to work that way "I" want. I've also seen many of the threads get co-opted by users that have questions more akin to a make and model question that a PBX one. I would be an excellent forum to field provision template questions and may also provide a best practices component for security and advanced features (e.g. fail-over programming, XML, etc)
