Provisioning via DHCP Option 66

When provisioning a phone using Fusion I specify the auth_username, auth_password & config server path.

I understand I can use DHCP Option 66 to auto configure the config server path.

How can I use DHCP option 66 with Fusion when Fusion also requires a username & password?
