Registration and Call Issues

Hi,

Our Fusion PBX version is 4.4.6.

We have encountered a serious issue with our Fusion PBX.

When the issue happened, all the phones cannot register to the Fusion PBX and cannot make call.

A check on Freeswitch logs in /var/log/freeswitch/freeswitch.log shows :

Dec 13 15:06:57 aspiro freeswitch[1788]: 2019-12-13 15:06:57.460838 [ERR] switch_core_sqldb.c:587 NATIVE SQL ERR [database is locked]#012BEGIN EXCLUSIVE
Dec 13 14:45:48 aspiro freeswitch[1788]: 2019-12-13 14:45:48.040833 [ERR] switch_core_sqldb.c:587 NATIVE SQL ERR [cannot commit - no transaction is active]#012COMMIT

May I know what is the cause of this and how can this be resolved ?

If you are seeing NATIVE SQL ERR then the Freeswitch database is broken.
You can try flushing the cache from the Fusionpbx GUI or manually clearing out the Freeswitch cache directory then restart Freeswitch.
