I would like to ask, how do i remove the +1 in the outbound caller id? what exactly am I configuring and how in order to remove the +1 that keeps showing up when dialing outbound.
Not sure what the question is exactly, where is the +1 coming from? You could fe. remove it in the outbound route with a condition like:
if outbound_caller_id = ^+1(\d{2,})$
outbound_caller_id = $1
