Ring Back IVR

Friends, I have a 10100 extension with call forwarding to a mobile, I made an IVR and sent it to call on 10100 with the Ring Back option configured with a song that I uploaded, the problem that when calling on my cell phone it does not play the song and stays on the default ring. Someone to help please. Thanks

Try changing the forwarding option to follow me and option prompt confirm and see if it works
