SOLVED Ring Group hangs up call

Hi create a ring group with the following settings:

Extension:6000
Strategy: sequence,
3 Ext with order stating at 0 and increasing by 5 for each ext.
Timeout destination: is set to the voicemail account of one of the extensions
Ring back is music on hold - default.

Everything seems to work properly, except if nobody answers the call, then instead of offering the caller the voicemail, it hangs up.

If I dial directly the extension I do get the voicemail for the extension, so I know the voicemail does work.

Any ideas how to fix?

Current version is 4.4.11 and when I check for updates, it says I have the latest version.

I faced something like this, and my problem was related to my SIP provider call timeout. SIP provider reach timeout earlier, so my call terminated before reaching FPBX timeout, and it easily solved by decreasing PBX call timeout from Ring Group settings or increasing SIP provider call timeout. I hope this will help.

That was the issue, reduced the timeout and problem fixed.
