Routing based on zip code

I have a potential customer who says with their existing system they have an IVR and one of the options is "Press 4 to speak with someone at a location near you" the caller presses four and then It asks for their zip code and based on the zip code the call is routed to the proper extension/ring group/ IVR

Does anyone know if this is achievable with FusionPBX

Yes of course, it just needs the code written to do it.

I figured as much, lol. I am getting two pretty big customers soon and this particular feature isn’t a big deal I can just send the caller from the IVR to a 3rd party service that charges $20/month to accomplish geo routing back into a destination in fusion but there other custom things I want to implement but never know what kind of developer to hire. Am I looking for someone who knows lua, python, all the above or what. I never know what kinda programmer I should seek out to accomplish such things
