Has anyone ever integrated with sales force in any way?

I was looking more for like the screen pop or ability to create a sales force log/ticket.

the enhanced xml handler, cn creates a log/ticket if your CRM supports REST API

for the pop up, i have an incomplete 411 application, that nobody has been willing to finish the sponsoring of it
