sdp connection information is private ip address

we was having a trial run of fpbx Version 4.2.2, Switch Version 1.6.15 (64bit), debian running on google cloud compute engine, but having no voice issue.

our site sip endpoints(private)------(public)internet(public)-------(public)FPBX----(private)compute instance

When sip endpoints make a call, the 200 OK return from FPBX has the instance private ip address in the connection information in SDP. Pls advise, as we had tried changing the ext-sip-ip, and ext-rtp-ip to external ip addresses but it still sending private ip addresses. either in external or internal sip profiles. Thanks in advance.

Did you change the ext-sip-ip etc in both profiles? Also you may have to flush memcache etc and restart the profiles, best way to make sure is to reboot it. Restarting freeswitch alone will not work as that does not flush memcache,

thanks, did flush memcache and reboot the instance, and seemed to work now. will continue to explore.
