Select from multiple on call people

I have a customer that needs after hours forwarding, but they want to be able to select from several different people that may be on call. Normally if it is only 2 people, I use a call flow. I toyed with speed dials "*72,5551212" but any way I try it, its clunky. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

For this purpose I use a ring group forward. I create a new (permissions) group called ringgroup _fwd which has the following permissions:
ring_group_view
ring_group_forward
ring_group_destination_view
ring_group_user_view
ring_group_missed_call

I assign this permission to any user that I want to allow to forward a ring group. The option to set the forward then shows up in the dashboard.
